AstralLedger provides AI-powered portfolio analytics, risk modeling, strategy coaching, and market intelligence tools for educational purposes. The Service connects to third-party brokerage APIs, including Plaid-connected institutions, to retrieve and analyze your portfolio data.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service. By using AstralLedger, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

AstralLedger does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content, analytics, AI-generated insights, risk metrics, and coaching outputs are for educational and informational purposes only. You should not interpret any information provided by the Service as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product.

6. No Broker-Dealer Relationship

AstralLedger is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner under any jurisdiction. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, or provide personalized investment recommendations.

7. Third-Party Data & Integrations

• Market data, pricing, and financial information are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
• Brokerage integrations are provided through third-party APIs and connected financial institutions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any brokerage firm unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Always verify data with your brokerage before making decisions.

8. AI-Generated Content

The AI coach and analytical tools use large language models (LLMs) that may produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information ("hallucinations"). AI-generated content should be independently verified and should never be the sole basis for investment decisions.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the Service to provide financial advice to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with AstralLedger are the property of AstralLedger and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
